Being of the old school DogTown, Z-Flex, Zepher Texas Zorlack kinda freak, I was impressed with the world class show these guys put on. I was completely stoked to see this level of stick patrol! Tony Hawk was incredible about 30 minutes before the contest begun. We were sittin at the base of the ramp grinding film sprockets about an hour before the contest eventually started, this my friends, was magic time for nearly everyone on the ramp. Even the yourng turk! |

| Tony was cruzen smooth in a pefect rhythm with the Austin wave. Done warming up, he ripped into a massive ride with a succession of 720 degree ollie something or others. As with many good grooves the best riding didnt occur at the same time as the contest. All the riders were killing us with graphic displays of nerve! Rune was so big it made the crowd dizzy. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
